Up to 142 guests travel from one journey experience to the next on three decks plus Sun deck in 72 outside cabins. There is also a lift between the Middle and Upper deck.

In the morning, you will be treated to a rich breakfast buffet in the panorama restaurant on the Upper deck before you set off on an eventful day. At lunchtime and in the evening, the attentive and caring crew will serve you daily changing menus and delicious specialties.

In the glass-enclosed panorama lounge, you can also enjoy excellent wines with a breathtaking view of the passing river landscapes and arrange to meet new travel friends for sociable evenings. You will find a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere in the adjoining "Captain's Corner" - a true oasis of unwinding! In a cosy ambience, you can enjoy a delicious cup of coffee or tea and play a game of chess with your old and new travel buddies.

The cosy reading corner with illuminated fireplace is a wonderful place to escape from everyday life, sit back, relax and enjoy your favourite book. On the neighbouring balcony, you can breathe in the fresh air and let your mind wander over the beautiful surroundings.

The crew of the DCS Amethyst 2 offers you a varied entertainment program, such as an apple strudel show with tasting or bingo. The on-board musician invites you to daydream and relax to harmonious music and unforgettable dance evenings in the lounge.
